harry potty & the orders of Phoenix

Another weekend has passed, am back at the office & feelin' so sleepy... ok, a round-up of my weekend (which is usually the part of the week where I get some note-worthy action)

Saturday. A late celebration of our 2nd year anniversay (1 week late actually!) and our itinerary includes: going to greenbelt to watch harry potter movie, eat & go home. Really boring actually but nonetheless, that's just us. we're really boring folks! Hehe... So, I waited for my panget-ever because he has work from morning til afternoon, so Phoenix & I just played around the room the whole day. We left the house around 7pm, but not after eating dinner at home first (cheeseburger from Jobee) since we know that it would definitely cost us a fortune if we dine there (kurips! hehe) We got there around 8:30, parking was terrible since we had to wait in line for like 10mins just to get a spot at the parking area in GB3. We went straight to the cinema first to claim our reserved tickets. We were sked @ 11pm (last full show) since all sked were packed! Bollocks! Haha...where did I heard that word??? Hmmm, whatever, so we had 2& half hours to spare... shux, we really need to eat then to pass the time! We went first to the chapel to pray. We haven't gone to church for a weeks now and I feel really guilty. I really should go to church next sunday. We decided to just have desserts since we're already full. So we decided against Starbux, the gelato stuff we saw (would you believe that a scoop there costs 100 bux! hell, no way man, Fiorgelato tastes the same for only Php40 a scoop...) and max brenner. Well, the chocoholic inside got the better of me and we chose max brenner.

We ordered chococinno and the famous choco fondue. Yum-yum! The dark choco was oh so yummy but so small in serving. Super bitin! I wasn't really into white chocolates but hey, its a welcome substitute since the dark choco is already running out. You have different goodies to dip at the choco dips (white & dark choco)- fruits (banana & apples), lady fingers (broas), mallows and brownie bits. There were also the grounded nuts and coconut shreds were you can dip your stuff in. We were just wasting time eating & talking about work, chismis about friends and other not-so-important things. We got off there at 10pm and still had some 30mins to spare. So we just strolled around greenbelt looking around. At 10:30, we decided to go inside the cinema since my partner's stomach was already churning (colic... in tagalog, kabag hehee..).
The movie finished at around past 1am. It was good, nice effects and everything but I expected more from the fight scenes between Dumbledore & Valdimort. Dunno, guess you just can't squeeze everything in 2hrs. But they could have made the movie longer, like LOTR. I liked the previous one, Goblet of Fire, better. I really feel bad for Harry though, the only family (aside from the Weasleys) he had left is now... sob... gone (Sirius Black). Heard that Dumbledore's end will be on the next movie (not an avid fan of HP so I don't read the books hehe). We got home at around 2pm.
sunday. just stayed at home and slept the whole day... really! as in we just woke up to eat lunch, then dozed off again, then woke up again just in time for dinner... sorry, pamilyang nana matulog hehe...
so there, that just sums up everything. looking forward to a more productive (ehem, ehem) week ahead of me and... more gimiks on weekends! see yah!
