Its been a while since me & my college friends all got together... last I can remember is at MOA, when Ardson came home from Saudi. Bakit ba lagi na lang kailangang may umuwi so we could just get together? Is is time constraint? Or talagang barat lang talaga kami lahat at kailangang may mag-initiate na manlibre? Hahaha... whatever... basta last week, during the kasagsagan ni bagyong chedeng, Leeann came home from Singapore (Aug 9), same day as Arby's bday. And we'd all be meeting at dampa in macapagal (again! this is where Arby held his "debut" party with the casts of his stage play). Grabe, ang daming debates before on where we would hold our get-together... from Mich's resort in Quezon, to Alabang, to Tagaytay, to Makati and finally... sa dampa in Macapagal. Come saturday, 5pm, super text na agad ang mga alagad ni batman kung asan na ako. Being the "unofficial" organizer, ang mga adik, ginawa na kong compass, inaway pa ko nung 5pm na daw at hindi pa ko umaalis sa bahay. Eh hello, wala pa kaya si Emmanuel, the official driver of me. Sabi ko na nga lang, bakit ba ako hinihintay nyo eh ndi nman me ang manlilibre? Anyways, living up to the "fashionably late" label I have since ever, we came there at 6pm. They were almost complete, except for Leeann & bf na malamang nagmot-mot pa somewhere (hehehe...). There's Karren & Rico (also, a balikbayan from London... sosy no!), Cocoy & new GF Loraine (makakailang new gf pa ba kaya itong lalaking ito?), Mich (bf-less... istorbo lang daw hehee) and mama Gemma, the saint of the barkada. Tom-guts na daw silang lahat. Kaya no choice kaming mga girls but to go marketing na (mamalengke), even if I was wearing a dress & i hate going to wet markets. Hindi sa pag-iinarte or anything, but I really hate going to palengkes... dulasin kasi ako tsaka ayoko lang tlaga sa masikip... ayoko sa mabaho...ayoko na sa lusak! Whoa?!? Ano daw??? Going back, halos mabuang na ung mga tindera and tindero na pinuntahan namin. Like we asked how much is the shrimp per kilo, 350 daw. Sabi nmin ni karren, pede 50 na lang? Hahaha! Laugh trip talaga kami parang mga batang abnoy. So when we're done, we went back to the resto (Sis Dang nga pala yung name nung pinuntahan nmin sa dampa, since suki na kami we have discount! wee!!). We had shrimp cooked in butter & garlic, sipit ng crabs cooked as sweet & spicy, squid, half of which were cooked into crispy calamares, and half grilled with stuff inside (upon the request of the OFW Leeann), norwegian salmon (take note, Norwegian ha! ayaw nila ng local, malansa daw! sosy!) cooked as sinigang sa miso, and fresh salmon as sushi, pinaputok na tilapia and ensaladang mangga. I had to monitor what I eat so I wouldn't pop out of my dress... pa-cute ever pa kasi. We ate na even without Leeann pa kasi super gutom na talaga kami. Hindi naman kitang kita ang ebidensya na super kamay to the max ang lola mo di ba? Hehehe... sarap eh! Vuh-ket ba?!? Anyways, we were talking about all these things, from remiscing about college days, to Arvin & Gemma forever fans club, to out-of-trips we had at sa lahat ng dramahang kailangang mangyari tuwing aalis kami. Grabe, drama queens and kings pala ang mga friends ko, ngayon ko lang narealize. Siguro this is what makes us all click, even if we have so different personalities from each other. Imagine, we have a saint, we have a constant "complainer", we have a "tease", we have a fashionista, we have "beauty & brains but not body", we have a loud-mouth, we have a "transvestite" pero take note, we don't have a gay friend... hehehe..., we have a "porma boy", we have "the crush ng bayan", we have a mangyan, we have a pilosopo, we have a sidekick, we have mahal, we have aiza seguerra... grabe! and much more! O hulaan nyo na lang kung sino kayo sa mga pinagsasabi ko ha! Hehehe... anyways, 1 hour later or just about when all the food were almost gone, dumating na si Leeann with the new bf... we were debating on how to pronounce his name... Remus, is it as I or E... remus daw with E... parang bisaya ha... anyways, ayun chika some more, tawa some more...

After all the chika stuff and after the food has long been gone, super sisi kami on why we didn't push through with tagaytay trip. We all thought kasi na merong paparating na bagyo (na next week pa pala mananalasa), kaya nagkaayaan sa tagaytay for coffee. Sino ba naman nasa matinong pag-iisip ang magsasayang ng gas para dumayo ng tagaytay para mag kape lang??? Not us no! Kurips nga eh! Anyways, we settled for Starbux greenbelt, since meron pang pupuntahang party sila cocoy, also at greenbelt. Syempre, pasahero namin ang mag-jowang des, and mama gems na talaga atang nabubulagan na dahil muntik ng maligaw hihi. We were discussing kung ready na kaya talaga si Leeann to get married since super tagal nila ni Renan (previous bf...) and I don't think she has stopped loving him. Sayang talaga their relationship, she was so in love with him then but sinayang nya coz binalewala lang nya friend ko... he thought all the while she'd be there for him pero everyone wakes up, napagod na si leeann. Anyways, nauna na naman kami for a change, so we had to wait for them. Super kwentuhan na naman at syempre, walang kamatayang kodakan moments to... pang-friendster syempre...
